SocialZoop Digi Media provides digital marketing, branding, consultation, and media services, which are customized, digital, and service-based in nature. Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of these services, refunds are not provided once the service process has begun.

2. Refund Eligibility (Within 24 Hours Only)

  • Refund requests are only accepted within 24 hours of making the payment.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the client must submit a written request to info@socialzoop.com within this 24-hour period, along with the payment proof and reason for refund.

  • Once the 24-hour window has passed, no refund, partial or full, will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Refunds requested beyond 24 hours will not be entertained and SocialZoop Digi Media will not be liable for any such claims.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • All digital and marketing services provided by SocialZoop Digi Media are non-refundable once initiated or any part of the service has been delivered.

  • Since our services involve strategic consultation, content creation, digital campaigns, and execution work, they cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded after the work begins.

  • Refunds are not applicable in cases of dissatisfaction, delays, partial completion, or change in business decision by the client.

4. Chargebacks and Dispute Policy

  • By engaging our services, you agree that chargebacks are not permitted after the 24-hour refund period.

  • Any chargeback filed with your payment provider after 24 hours of payment will be considered invalid as per this Refund Policy.

  • In case of a chargeback, this Refund Policy will serve as proof of service agreement to our payment gateway, financial institution, or legal representative.

  • If a client files a chargeback after 24 hours, SocialZoop Digi Media reserves full rights to dispute and submit this policy as official evidence.

5. Service Rights and Client Conduct

  • SocialZoop Digi Media reserves the right to accept, reject, or discontinue any project or service request at its sole discretion.

  • We are not obligated to provide any further explanation or response beyond the terms stated in this policy.

  • The company holds exclusive rights to decide on the continuation, modification, or cancellation of services as per internal guidelines and operational policies.

6. Failed or Delayed Services

  • In the event of delayed project delivery or unforeseen issues, the client will be informed promptly.

  • Delay in service delivery does not qualify for a refund, as digital services often depend on third-party integrations, platforms, and external factors beyond our control.

  • Our commitment is to provide services in good faith and within reasonable timelines; however, we shall not be liable for compensation or refund for delays or failures caused by external dependencies.

7. Non-Transferable Payments

  • All payments made to SocialZoop Digi Media are non-transferable and non-adjustable against future projects or third-party requests.

  • Refunds or adjustments will not be issued in cases of client-side cancellations, change of mind, or revised marketing plans.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
